By accessing or using Nolly ("the Service"), operated at getnolly.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Description of Service

Nolly is a knowledge management platform with AI-powered search. You can upload documents, connect external sources like Google Drive, and ask questions across your organization's collected knowledge. The Service processes your content to generate searchable indexes and AI-powered responses.

User Accounts and Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating your account. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

If you are using Nolly on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Upload content that is illegal, harmful, or violates the rights of others.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' data.
• Use the Service to build a competing product or for automated scraping.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service's infrastructure.
• Share your account credentials with unauthorized parties.

Intellectual Property

You retain full ownership of all content you upload to Nolly. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your data. We only use your content to provide the Service to you, including generating search indexes and AI responses within your organization.

The Nolly platform itself, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by Nolly. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the platform without our written permission.

Third-Party Integrations

Nolly offers optional integrations with third-party services like Google Drive. These integrations are user-initiated and require your explicit authorization. When you connect a third-party service, you are also subject to that service's terms and privacy policy.

We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of third-party services. You can disconnect any integration at any time.

Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated responses will be accurate.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nolly shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We will delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you by email or through the application. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
